Job Description
We are seeking a Bilingual Case Manager to facilitate a high-volume mental health intake process, verify Medicaid eligibility, and conduct daily interactions with new clients. The ideal candidate is bilingual, has an associate degree in a related field, and 1 year of experience working in a social service or mental health setting.
Requirements
- Bilingual; fluent in English and Spanish
- Associate degree in a related field
- 1 year of experience working in a social service or mental health setting
- 1 year of experience using an EHR system
- Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
