1+ years of event project management experience, college degree not required, and ability to work effectively in a team environment

3+ years of project management experience, Bachelor’s degree, and strong organizational skills

1+ Years of Customer Service experience, 2+ years of coaching physical activity with populations of all ages, Senior fitness, group fitness, and/or running coach certification from a nationally recognized program

Strong work ethic, logistics experience, and ability to follow directions

Previous experience working with youth, strong customer service skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Prior experience is preferred, strength in interpersonal skills, and the ability to adapt workouts. First Aid/CPR certification is required

Coaching/training experience is preferred. First Aid/CPR certification required. Team for Kids program knowledge is needed. Must be reliable and adaptable

1+ year exp. in similar role. Familiarity with outdoor event equipment. High school education preferred, but not required

Commercial driver’s license with airbrake. Safe driving record. DOT medical qualification. Warehouse logistics & communication skills are crucial

Strong attention to detail, ability to think critically, interest in event production and technology
