Project Management Specialist

New York Road Runners is seeking a Project Management Specialist to provide project management support for critical initiatives related to Community Impact Programs. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of project management experience, a strong passion for community programs, and exceptional organizational skills.

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience
• Demonstratable experience with change management and process improvement projects
• Experience with project management in non-profits, public health, community and/or youth programs highly preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• PMP or other Project Management certification a plus
• Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team on collaborative assignments
• Strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
