Assistant Director for Development and Campaigns

This role is intended to support all campaign and development-related priorities, including driving the Dean’s prospect portfolio, sharpening the focus on the gift table, and refining the pipeline through quarterly reviews. The position also involves working closely with directors/team on events and stewardship projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years relevant professional level experience
• Demonstrated organizational, writing, and event management skills
• Proven ability to problem solve, adapt quickly, and deal with highly charged situations and individuals sensitively and calmly
