Associate Director, Dean's Office Affairs

The Associate Director, Dean's Office Affairs will provide high-level executive support to the Dean and the Dean's Office, orchestrating complex logistics, and crafting communications to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5 years of relevant experience with office operations, drafting and editing external communications, events, project management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proven ability to communicate sensitive information and interact with high-profile stakeholders with professionalism and experience handling confidential information with discretion
• Excellent problem-solving skills, project management, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Knowledge of standard office software
