Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 3+ years of experience in human resources or systems related area
- Detail oriented
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to multitask, handle multiple priorities, operate in a fast-paced environment and meet critical deadlines
- Flexibility to meet rapidly changing priorities
- General knowledge of Human Resources administration, operations and policies
