GTM Lead required for a fast-growing AI-native Educational Platform services. The successful candidate will lead the Marketing Strategy & Funnel Management, with a focus on content-centric marketing and performance optimization.
Requirements
- Content-Centric, Creator-Level Marketer
- Deep experience producing and scaling short-form content for TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, or comparable platforms
- Strong intuition for Vietnam's attention culture and content pull factors
- Proven capability to analyze and optimize the entire marketing funnel
- Comfortable interpreting dashboards, identifying bottlenecks, and turning signals into experiments
- End-to-end analytical capability: from data extraction insight generation execution
- Hands-on operator, not just a manager
- Personal experience running high-impact campaigns in a tech or consumer Internet environment
- Prior track record in performance marketing, user acquisition, and rapid A/B experimentation
- Strong tech, startup & B2C experience
- Ideal profiles include former Head of Marketing, Growth Lead, or Senior Performance Marketer in a tech-driven company
- Experience with B2C, high-scale funnels, and fast iteration cycles
- Backgrounds from EdTech, e-commerce, short-form content platforms, or startups preferred
- Exposure to high-scale ecosystems like TikTok or Shopee is a plus
- Mentorship ability
- Can guide and elevate existing team members
- Lays foundational capability before future team expansion
