Talent Acquisition Lead for a fast-growing Edutech startup in Vietnam/SEA. The role involves owning end-to-end Talent Acquisition across Vietnam and Southeast Asia, building proactive sourcing pipelines, and designing recruiting systems.
Requirements
- Battle-tested Talent Acquisition professional with experience in competitive markets
- Proven ability to hunt, close, and deliver high-quality hires
- Strong problem-solving instincts and resourcefulness under pressure
- Comfortable with A/B testing, fast iteration, and being wrong quickly
- Strong Vietnamese and English outreach and stakeholder communication skills
