Requirements

• Bachelor's/master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5–8 years of experience in an HRBP or generalist role
• Hands-on experience with talent management, employee engagement, and performance frameworks
• Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and professionalism
• Analytical thinker with a data-driven approach
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proficient in HR systems and tools
