Requirements

- 5–8 years of experience in an HRBP or generalist role
- Hands-on experience with talent management, employee engagement, and performance frameworks
- Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and professionalism
- Analytical thinker with a data-driven approach
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficient in HR systems and tools
