Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years as a strategic HR Business Partner
• Proven ability to build trust, influence, and coach leaders to drive meaningful, people-centered results and enable organizational success
• Experience designing and delivering learning programs that foster growth and high performance
• Deep applied knowledge of best-practice performance management, employee relations, and modern talent practices
• Hands-on experience in recruitment and workforce planning within dynamic, scaling organizations, and the ability to attract high-calibre talent
