Job Description
As a Professional Services Onboarding Associate, you will serve as the Point of Contact for customers and project team members, conduct project walkthroughs, provide timely updates, and coordinate with customers on new orders and post-project assistance. You will also work with Business Development Specialists to onboard new clients and develop existing client relationships, ensuring projects are delivered within scope and schedule.
Requirements
- Must have at least 3 years of experience working for a BPO setup
- Must have at least 1 year of experience in project coordination is a bonus
- Must have a good understanding of project management, website development, web design and internet technology
- Must be knowledgeable in using a CRM, and MS Office Tools
