Senior Scientist, mRNA engineering

NewLimit is seeking a Senior Scientist to drive mRNA production and engineering efforts, responsible for synthesizing, purifying, and characterizing mRNA at large scales.

Requirements

• PhD in molecular biology, biochemistry, cell biology, or a related field or equivalent industry experience
• Deep hands-on experience with in vitro transcription (IVT) and nucleic acid production
• Proficiency with TFF and chromatography systems for RNA purification
• Ability to perform and interpret mRNA QC assays
• Strong experience in drafting technical reports and standardized protocols
