Job Description
This Senior Appraiser role involves independently assessing real estate properties for dispute resolution, mortgage underwriting, portfolio analysis, and estate planning. The appraiser will prepare reports, conduct property inspections, participate in client meetings, and maintain knowledge of relevant regulations and standards. This position requires strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Requirements
- Prepare complete appraisal reports independently
- Conduct complete appraisals on complex properties
- Inspect properties
