Senior Real Estate Appraiser leads and completes complex commercial, industrial, multifamily, and specialty type valuations, from scope definition through delivery of USPAP-compliant reports for various purposes.
Requirements
- Prepare complete appraisal reports independently on complex properties
- Conduct market and comparable research, develops income, sales comparison, and cost approaches
