Job Description
Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing building operating systems, conducting general preventative maintenance, and responding to tenant requests. Must have reliable transportation and be available for after hour emergency calls.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- HVAC License (preferred)
- 5+ years of building operations engineering experience
- CFC certification in high pressure discipline
