Job Description
Newmark is seeking a Financial Analyst to join its dynamic Capital Markets team, conducting financial analysis and modeling using Argus and Excel, and providing insightful financial evaluations and strategic recommendations.
Requirements
- Conduct detailed financial analysis and modeling using Argus and Excel
- Evaluate and analyze office and commercial real estate properties and portfolios
- Assist in producing offering memorandums, broker opinions of value, and compile rent and sale comparable
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations
- Collaborate with client investment and acquisitions teams to support decision-making
- Monitor market trends and perform risk assessments
