Job Description
Responsible for the day-to-day administration and implementation of policies, procedures, and programs to ensure a well-managed and well-maintained property. Responsible for prompt and positive response to tenant requests, and for increasing the value of the property.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2 years previous property/facilities management experience
- Experience in and working knowledge of business/office administration
- A valid real estate license is required in states where work is performed.
