Job Description
Newmark is seeking a Project Manager to provide project management services for office space, major tenant improvements, site work, and space reconfiguration projects. The role involves overseeing project lifecycle from planning to final completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets, and coordinating with various vendors and subcontractors. The PM will also provide accurate project documentation and maintenance.
