Job Description
Perform daily responsibilities of operating and maintaining site steam boilers, water chillers, and air compressors to optimal standards. Other duties include scheduled HVAC equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and administration of the sites steam and chilled water chemical water treatment program.
Requirements
- Maintain and operate site mechanical equipment, including steam boilers, water chillers, and air compressors
- Perform scheduled HVAC equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs
- Administer the sites steam and chilled water chemical water treatment program
- Possess a basic knowledge of facility HVAC systems
- Reasonable computer skills and proficiency is necessary
- Possess the ability to analyze and troubleshoot HVAC equipment and/or system deficiencies and problems
- Perform preventive maintenance (PM's) on facility HVAC equipment as required by the site recurring computerized maintenance management program (CMMP)
- Possess a basic knowledge of maintaining an on-site water treatment program
