Job Description
The role involves performing routine and semiskilled maintenance and repair of client facilities, equipment, and grounds. Responsibilities include snow removal, building upkeep, vendor support, and operating equipment. The position requires on-site assistance and response to after-hours requests.
Requirements
- Keep building exterior and parking garage free from snow and ice
- Respond to tenant requests and building work orders
- Assist with preventative maintenance
- Maintain elevator lobbies
- Maintain parking garage and loading dock area
- Maintain exterior grounds: perform trash pick-up, blow leaves in fall, run tractor to remove snow from sidewalks and garage, use salt spreader on sidewalks and in garage, operate power washer
- Assist with overtime and non-standard hours
- Complete required training
