Technician, Maintenance

Newmark Group, Inc. is seeking a Technician, Maintenance to perform routine and semiskilled tasks involving general maintenance and/or repair of client facilities, equipment and grounds.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Clean driving record
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to function as a team member in a demanding service environment
• Ability to handle multiple projects with a minimum of direction
• Some knowledge of computers preferred
• Sound judgement and a high level of work ethic
• Must have the ability to complete required safety classes that pertain to specific job duties
