Job Description
We are looking for a bright and dynamic individual to join our CRE finance team as a Finance Associate. The role will be responsible for various finance and accounting tasks, including month-end and quarter-end close process, preparation of financial statements, and quarterly SEC filings.
Requirements
- Accounting/Finance Major – Bachelors or higher
- 2-4 years in Audit and/or Accounting (Big4 experience is a major plus) at financial services firms
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
- Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Ability to effectively meet deadlines
- Solid work ethic; professional and proactive approach to work
- Must be a team player and obtain a positive attitude
