Finance Intern

Newport Mental Health is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to assist with accounting, bookkeeping, and financial data entry, while gaining hands-on experience in a mission-driven nonprofit organization.

Requirements

• Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Perform data entry into accounting systems and spreadsheets with a high level of accuracy
• Maintain and organize financial documents for audit readiness
• Provide support for other basic accounting and administrative tasks as needed
• Attend trainings and meetings as assigned
