Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in IT support, technical coordination, or systems administration
- Hands-on experience supporting and maintaining wide area networks (WAN)
- Familiarity with data backup, security protocols, and antivirus management
- Experience using ticketing systems or help desk tracking tools
- Knowledge of cloud-based tools and systems (e.g., Google Workspace, Monday.com, AWS)
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities with a focus on customer service
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
