Job Description
The Loan Officer will sell loan products, develop and maintain referral sources, and meet with prospective clients at outside locations. They will also negotiate rate, terms, and conditions of the loan, and assist with issues relating to processing, underwriting, and closing of loans.
Requirements
- Active state MLO license in each state where business is to be conducted
- High-school diploma or GED and a minimum of 3-years lending origination experience
- Strong PC skills, including Power Point, Excel, Word and Lotus Notes
- Solid knowledge of state and local real estate markets
