Job Description
As a Mortgage Consultant on our Outbound Team, you will originate a variety of different types of loans focused on servicing existing customers and first home purchase business. Your duties will include managing a loan pipeline, obtaining necessary information to close loans, and ensuring adherence to federal and state lending regulations.
Requirements
- Originate purchase and refinance loans by responding to company-provided leads via phone in a timely manner
- Manage a loan pipeline from application to closing, collaborating with underwriting, processing, and other teams
- Obtain all necessary information to close the loan in a timely manner, including credit reports, income verification, appraisals, etc.
- Ensure adherence to federal and state lending regulations, including TILA, RESPA, and Fair Lending standards, maintaining accurate and compliant documentation
- Meet individual monthly sales goals
