The Mortgage Consultant is responsible for originating various types of loans, engaging with consumers, and providing superior customer service to meet individual monthly sales goals and maintain compliance with lending regulations.
Requirements
- Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 2+ years’ origination experience in the mortgage or banking industry
- Active NMLS license
- Ability to connect with borrowers, friendly demeanor, customer service oriented
- Proficiency with loan origination system (H2O), CRM platform (Salesforce), and communication tools (Microsoft Outlook, Teams)
- Ability to maintain high levels of communication and urgency
