Job Description
The Sr. Loan Officer position at MILESTONE LENDING involves selling loan products, developing and maintaining referral sources, and meeting with prospective clients. The role requires an active state MLO license, 3 years of lending origination experience, and strong PC skills.
Requirements
- Active state MLO license in each state where business is to be conducted
- High-school diploma or GED
- 3 years lending origination experience
- Strong PC skills, including Power Point, Excel, Word and Lotus Notes
- Solid knowledge of state and local real estate markets
