The Wholesale Account Executive is responsible for markets wholesale and correspondent products and services to prospective brokers/bankers, managing established broker relations, and coordinating the approval process.
Requirements
- Formulate and establish funding projections/goals in conjunction with Wholesale leadership
- Perform initial contact to prospect new mortgage brokers/bankers and coordinate broker approval process
- Collaborate with Wholesale leadership and Corporate business partners to develop/implement marketing strategies
- Conduct large group presentations at broker offices to promote Company Value Proposition
- Serve as subject matter expert on Company policies, procedures, products and technology
- Collaborate with loan operations team to manage active pipeline
- Escalate second reviews to appropriate Operations/Underwriting leadership
- Establish communication protocol with Client Relations Managers to optimize service delivery
- Assist clients with lock reconciliation, extensions and exceptions
- Provide technical training and support to clients with regard to Company technology platform
