Job Description
Join The New Rich as a Senior Technical Recruiter to help shape the company's culture and contribute to the hiring process. The role involves managing the entire hiring process, soliciting and attracting qualified candidates, and collaborating with the Culture and Talent team to ensure a great candidate and employee experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar position
- Previous Experience recruiting and building a founding technical team at a startup
- Knowledge of IT and software development
- Fluency in English both written and spoken
- Excellent interpersonal skills to successfully solicit, convince and close successful hires
