Requirements
- Define project scope, objectives, and communication plans.
- Plan project stages, assess business implications, and monitor progress.
- Assign resources, timelines, and schedules.
- Oversee project execution, budget, forecasts, schedule, and scope.
- Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies.
- Utilize Agile and iterative project methodologies.
- Develop/update project plans with objectives, technologies, systems, schedules, funding, and staffing.
- Monitor milestones and deliverables; resolve project issues.
- Develop and manage WBS for IT projects.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
- Prepare and deliver project status reports and internal/client-facing reports.
- Build trust-based relationships with clients; understand and align with client expectations.
- Ensure compliance with customer SLAs for support and enhancements.
- Coordinate internal team efforts for prompt solutions.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
- Maintain deep understanding of ServiceNow products for effective communication.
- Achieve high customer satisfaction scores.
- Enhance Managed Services Delivery model and workflows.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and cross-training opportunities for team members.
- Identify and manage risks and issues, including escalations.
- Deliver Managed Services Offering as per subscription, adhering to SOW provisions.
