Senior ServiceNow Project Manager to lead enterprise-scale ServiceNow projects, mentor delivery teams, and ensure client success at every step.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of business-related experience
- 5+ years in technology project or program management
- Proven success delivering large, complex enterprise projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
- Global consulting experience
- Experience managing ServiceNow implementations
- Project Management and ServiceNow certifications a plus
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead teams in a matrixed environment and adapt quickly to ambiguity and change
- Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams toward shared goals
- Attention to detail with a passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Experience in working with offshore, nearshore and onshore teams in collaboration with stakeholders
- Fluency in the Dutch and English Language and residence in the Netherlands
