We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Recruiting Manager to lead our Talent Acquisition efforts. Reporting directly to the VP of People, you will be responsible for building, mentoring, and leading a high-performing recruiting team while managing critical senior-level hiring across our Go-To-Market (GTM) and Technical organizations.
Requirements
- 8+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience within a SaaS environment, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or management capacity
- Adept at identifying employee strengths and weaknesses, providing opportunities for professional growth, and mentoring
- Adaptable and resilient, thriving in fast-paced environments, which requires the flexibility to embrace change, manage stress, and guide teams through adversity
- Highly proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (specifically Greenhouse) and compensation benchmarking tools
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a proven ability to articulate vision clearly, listen actively, and provide constructive feedback to ensure team alignment
- Legally authorized to work in the US
