Scout Motors is building something iconic — and hiring the talent that makes it possible requires focus, precision, and leadership. We're looking for a Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across Corporate, Commercial Operations, Technical, and Engineering functions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of Talent Acquisition leadership experience is required
- Experience recruiting across technical and corporate disciplines in a high-growth environment (automotive or manufacturing preferred)
- Strong operational mindset with the ability to scale processes and drive execution
