People Partner, GTM (Remote, US)

The People Partner (HRBP) will focus their support on the Go to Market (GTM) organization, serving as a trusted advisor to leaders on talent strategy, organizational design, performance management, leadership development, and employee relations.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role
• Strong experience coaching leaders on performance, team dynamics, and leadership challenges
• Solid understanding of employment laws and compliance considerations (e.g., FLSA, contractor classifications)
• Data-informed and able to identify patterns and insights that drive better people decisions
