Job Description
The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for owning aspects of our SFDC instance related to our end-to-end sales, customer success and customer support journey. You will design, configure, and deploy innovative solutions in our SFDC instance and other tools in our Sales tech stack to deliver a best-in-class sales and customer success experience for our teams.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience managing Salesforce instances, projects, and initiatives
- Working administrator-level knowledge of Salesforce (Sales, Service, and CPQ)
- Ability to manage projects from end to end - scoping, requirements gathering, design, development and deployment
- Ability to learn systems and new tools by testing functionality and evaluating how it's been set up to understand how it works
- Ability to speak to the quality assurance steps you follow to ensure your work is free of issues
