Line Operative

Newstaff Employment Services is hiring a Line Operative to operate machinery, assemble products, and monitor production line quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate has previous experience in manufacturing, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Requirements

• Previous experience in manufacturing or production roles is preferred
• Ability to operate machinery and follow safety procedures
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts as needed
• Dependable and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Basic understanding of health and safety practices in a manufacturing setting is a plus
