Newstaff Employment Services is seeking a Production Operative at their Letchworth location. The successful candidate will operate machinery, assemble products, conduct quality checks, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Operate production equipment and machinery following health and safety guidelines
• Assemble products and ensure all components meet quality standards
• Conduct regular quality inspections and document findings
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily production targets
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to good housekeeping practices
• Report any issues or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor promptly
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement
