Job Description
We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Newterra. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales results, strong technical knowledge of municipal wastewater treatment processes, and experience managing manufacturer's representatives networks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience
- Experience managing Manufacturer's Representatives Network
- Strong technical knowledge of municipal wastewater treatment processes
- Communication and writing proficiency
- Demonstrated experience using CRM systems for pipeline management, forecasting, and customer engagement
