Regional Sales Manager- Plumbing & Mechanical (Texas) responsible for developing and implementing regional growth strategies, managing sales effectiveness, and driving revenue growth in the South Central region.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent field required
- 10+ years of indirect sales management experience managing a third-party rep network
- 5+ years of direct team management experience
- Experience in the manufacturing, construction, HVAC, plumbing & mechanical, or similar industry
- Ability to lead indirect sales team with influence and understanding of success through others' performance
- Ability to build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions
- Consistently achieves results, even under tough circumstances
- Holds self and others accountable to meet commitments
- Uses compelling arguments and influence to gain the support and commitment of others
- Ability to take on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm
- Must have polished presentation and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint & Excel
