Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in delegate sales for B2B conferences or events
- At least 2 years of experience in an outbound B2B environment making 50-100+ outbound calls per day
- Proven record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with senior executives
- Confidence in negotiation and closing multi-event deals
- Great organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with CRM tools
- Familiarity with digital and social selling techniques
- Commercially aware and strong business acumen
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
