Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Hospice Social worker dedicated to providing compassionate and empathetic care to our patients. This is a full-time position located at Jansen Hospice and Palliative Care, a community-based Certified Hospice Agency. Assignments may include working on holidays and / or weekends as needed.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW)
- Licensed Masters Social Work (LMSW) by the state of NY within 1 year of hire
- Knowledge of Psychosocial Assessment
- Communication Skills
