Job Description
Join Nexamp's Utility-Scale Solar + Storage Business Development team and contribute to the clean energy movement. As a Transmission & Power Markets Engineer, you'll lead analytical work to understand transmission and interconnection opportunities, risks, and costs across target ISO/RTOs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a closely related engineering/quantitative field
- 2+ years of relevant experience in power systems, transmission planning, interconnection, market analytics, or technical project/program management in the power sector
- Solid understanding of the electric transmission system, including concepts such as thermal limits, voltage performance, contingency analysis, transfer capability, and congestion
