Job Description
The Sales Operations Manager owns the systems, processes, and analytics that enable a global sales organization to execute efficiently and scale profitably. This role is central to improving forecast accuracy, driving sales productivity, and providing leadership with clear, actionable visibility into performance.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years in Sales Operations or Commercial Operations
- Strong Salesforce (or equivalent CRM) administration experience
- Advanced Excel; experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
- Experience supporting multi-region or field-based sales teams
- Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights
