Intake Coordinator

The Intake Coordinator will be the first point of contact for prospective patients, answering and triaging the New Patient Hotline, monitoring and processing referral inboxes, completing intake and eligibility, and scheduling initial evaluations. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in medical front office, call center, patient access, or care coordination, and be comfortable with high call volumes and multi-tasking between phone, email, and EMR.

Requirements

• 1-2+ years of experience in medical front office, call center, patient access, or care coordination
• Comfortable with high call volumes and multi-tasking between phone, email, and EMR
• Working knowledge of insurance basics (workers' comp) and PI workflows (LOP, attorney communication)
• Strong written & verbal communication; professional, calm, and patient-centric phone presence
