Job Description
Director of Supply Chain to lead and elevate our end-to-end operations across retailers and eCommerce. Own the full supply chain, from demand planning and sourcing to global logistics, warehousing, distribution, and returns.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field
- 8–12+ years of progressive supply chain experience in consumer products
- Proven leadership experience managing planning, logistics, and operations teams
- Strong knowledge of global supply chain, import/export regulations, and domestic distribution
- Experience supporting major retailers (e.g., big-box, club, or specialty) and eCommerce channels
- Expertise in sales & operations planning processes, demand planning, and inventory optimization
- Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and supply chain tools
