NexHealth is a healthcare technology company that is looking for a Lead GTM Recruiter / Manager to design, own, and execute recruiting strategy across Go-To-Market (GTM) and Operations functions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with deep expertise hiring across GTM and Operations functions.
- 2+ years of experience managing or leading a small team of recruiters.
- Demonstrated success in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Proven ability to balance hands-on execution with strategic partnership and operational rigor.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and advise leaders at all levels.
- A builder mindset, comfortable creating structure, systems, and scalable recruiting practices.
- Data-driven approach to recruiting, with fluency in metrics, pipelines, and hiring analytics.
- Excellent communication skills and strong instincts for candidate experience and employer branding.
- Experience using Greenhouse or a comparable ATS.
- High integrity, strong ownership mentality, and a bias for action.
