Lead Solutions Engineer - API

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• 7+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or similar technical customer-facing role in a SaaS or API-driven company
• Strong problem-solving skills and exceptional communication skills
• Experience designing and supporting integrations with complex or regulated data systems; healthcare data (EHR/PMS) familiarity is a strong plus
