Job Description
NexHealth is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager – Software to lead and scale our engineering teams responsible for building customer-facing applications and developer infrastructure. This is a high-impact role for an experienced engineering leader who excels at balancing technical depth, product intuition, organizational leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience leading engineering teams
- Exceptional people leadership skills with a proven track record of coaching and developing engineers and managers
- Deep experience delivering complex, customer-facing software at scale
- BS/MS in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
