We are looking for a commercially minded and customer-focused Sales Manager to strengthen our team in Finland. As Sales Manager, you will manage and develop relationships with our customers in Finlandâand potentially across Europe.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales or relationship management
- Relevant higher education degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent Finnish and English skills; Swedish is considered an asset
- Proven track record in new customer acquisition or business development
- Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and data driven decision making skills
- Structured, goal oriented, and proactive working style
- Knowledge of the payments industryâespecially issuingâis highly desirable
- Proficiency with CRM systems and digital sales methodologies
